    About this item

A beautiful Greek revival silver Scottish wine ewer, made in Edinburgh by Marshall & Son in 1840. The body of the decanter is finely engraved with classical Greek scenes of chariots, horses and men. It is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. Both the body and the lid have a full set of hallmarks. The silver handle has ivory heat resisters built in. This is a stunning piece of Scottish silver.
