This stylish solid silver drinks spirit measure which is made by Charles Horner Ltd is in the form of a large thimble and fully hallmarked for Chester 1948.
This novelty jigger is engraved with the wording Just A Thimbleful, has beautiful engine turned decoration, the inside is nicely gilded and will serve a 1 oz shot.
Dimensions: Diameter at widest part: 4 cm (1 1/2"). Height: 5 cm (2").
Condition report:
Excellent used vintage condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. Inside is gilded and in nice clean condition.
