Silk Top Hat of Large Size
By Jordan Marsh Company of Boston, USA. Brushed black silk outer with brown leather inner trim, in leather case by R. W Forsyth, Edinburgh.
American, circa 1900
Head size 58cm or 22 13/16"
Condition: The top hat is in excellent condition, the silk is immaculate, the lining is clean and the leather trim also quite unmarked - the leather case has protected it excellently and it has been little used. The case is rubbed and worn, but the red velvet lining is in good condition.
