About this item
A nineteenth century steel vegetable or herb chopper with a turned wooden handle. This has a nicely shaped steel blade which now has slight pitting from use. The wooden handle is a very ornate shape, was originally ebonised and is now slightly worn. The piece is English and dates from c.1880.
Dimensions: Length 18cm. Height 14cm. Diameter of handle 3cm.
