A Sheraton mahogany cellarette with domed top.Fine flame veneered front with cupboard doors opening to show interior with centre shelf (for glasses) above a base with shaped frieze and swept feet.The lid opens to reveal a plain baize lined interior which would formerly have been fitted for wine bottles(could easily be put back),but has latterly been used as a sewing box,see invoice from 1966.Excellent quality mahogany and veneers and in good condition throughout,the cellarette retains it's original carrying handles on either side.English Circa 1810.
