About this item
A nicely carved, 19th century, sailors seam rubber. This is probably carved from oak but it has quite a dark patina so it is difficult to see the grain in the wood. It is English and dates from c.1850. It is in very good condition with wear from use as would be expected.
Dimensions: Length 13.5cm. Width 2.4cm Depth 2cm.
