    A good pair of late 19thc Victorian Pine Sock Stretchers also known as Stocking Stretchers or Hosiery Boards....these were used in large numbers in the country house and farm houses around the country, to dry and air the socks outside, it stopped them shrinking and loosing their shape....this pair are in excellent condition with a lovely warm colour from all the use they have had...
