A very unusual piece of treen, that has come from the early English apothecary......it was made around the mid 19thc, out of attractive lignum vitae and consists of a two piece case, which unscrews to show the original tinned lidded medicinal powder pot.....it has gained a very good colour and is in excellent condition.
