    About this item

A nineteenth century, beechwood butter roller. This is nicely carved with flowers and foliage. It would have been used for impressing a design around the edge of a block of butter before taking it to the table. It is English and dates from c.1860. There are a couple of old wood worm holes but these have been treated. Otherwise it is in good condition.

Dimensions: Length 13.3cm. Width 3.6cm. Diameter of wheel 5.3cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £15. Most of Western Europe add £8.
