    About this item

A  large scale pair of commissioned wall sconces in the form of a basket of bullrushes  engineered from forged iron with a lovely gentle charcoal grey patina to the iron.  These have been hand made , probably French or Italian and we date around  mid 20th C . Lit behind each bullrush with LED G9 bulbs  ( dimmable ) with each giving  the equivalent of 20 watts of light  so each sconce gives 60 watts  ( bulbs are included in the price  but are also easily available on line )  These sconces  have a great 'look' and would be perfect for an orangery , entrance hall , or mood lighting in a dining room.

Wired in our workshops and sold complete with bulbs and fixings .
