This is an English silver and enamel vesta with hallmarks for Birmingham1 1914
The vesta has a raised disc on the front with enamel flags for the UK and France, celebrating the alliance between the two countries at the start of First World war.
The vesta has a hinged lid and a striker on the base.
The vesta has a suspension loop
It measures 61mm wide x 54mm and is in 90% mint condition – some small bruises and marks
