Classic Georgian Pocket Watch Stand. Barley Twist legs. c1810

This is a rosewood pocket watch stand which has a rectangular base measuring 10.5cm x 6.5cm. The base has 4 button feet The Stand has two barely twist legs leading to a wooden arch. The arch has an bone finial and hook. The arch is lined with original fabric but this is faded and threadbare – which is reflected in the price The stand measures 17cm high from the tip of the finial to the base and the stand is in 90 % mint condition – the faded and worn fabric. It will take most pocket watches but is best suited to verge watches.
