About this item
This is a large and heavy Victorian pocket watch stand made from Alabaster in the Gothic style
The stand has a main body decorated with a mosaic front piece with a carved bottom panel
The stand then has a desk compendium of storage, ink and pounce pot.
The back is made up if pillars and arches with two back panels to give the stand contrast
The upper section is carved with strut work and has a polished light brown, circular piece of agate and hook to support the watch
The stand measures 260mm x 190mm x 100mm and is in 90% mint condition – some minor damage to the lid for the storage section; reflected in the price.
