Large, 19th century wooden statue depicts the "Heaven General", who is the God that is in charge of getting rid of evils and protecting our well being and prosperity. The statue is carved from one block of wood, demonstrating great details of the armors adorned with lions. He steps on a turtle, which symbolizes longevity and good health. Snake is another powerful zodiac that symbolizes smarts and stealth. Finely carved. Beautiful color.
