About this item
This movement is an open face or Hunter, stem wound / stem set – depending on the dial. This has a metal dial with the seconds hole covered thus making it an open face.
It has a good spring but the balance has bent pivots and is moving sluggishly
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator and is decorated with damascening. The movement is signed “Diadem, Canton, O, 15J, Adjusted” 2639384 and is in 95% mint condition – a clean looking movement
Dial – the gilt dial has one hand only and is signed “Hampden” and is in 75% mint condition – tarnished
The movement measures 28mm x 5mm
