    About this item

A set of 4 very pretty late Victorian Parlour / Bedroom chairs with spindle backs and turned legs. Stuff over seats in a floral stripe. Very good condition, the gilding is still shiny and bright, water gilded which is unusual for this type of chair. One chair has been repaired on the back leg.....good repair barely noticeable , one small turning finial missing from bottom rail of one back. By their very nature they are fragile. They are all sound and firm. Dainty chairs to enhance a decorative scheme.

Condition : Good, no breaks, rubbing to the gilding commensurate with age.
    Materials : Giltwood
    Origin : English
    Manufacture Date : 1890
