A fantastic large size 19th Century giltwood overmantle mirror of rectangular form. The original mercury glass plate set within a beautiful simply designed giltwood frame with hand carved fluted detail and corner returns with applied paterae, framed with stylised rope twist border supported on platform base with c-scroll and acanthus leaf motif.
