This is a fabulous large 1974 Vintage Country House Landscape Oil on Canvas Painting depicting a timber-built period house on the banks of a winding river with a brick River bridge crossing beside it.
Within the grounds of the home is a huge oak tree and some mature shrubs and flowers, all of which are penned in by the small wooden fence boundary.
The piece is signed and dated lower-left corner ''Abday 74 (1974).
Beautifully painted throughout, and mounted within a magnificent quality substantial gilt scrolled frame.
