About this item
A nice quality, French crystal, champagne cooler with an internal container to support a wine bottle. This dates from c.1930. It has a very heavily cut design to the sides with a diamond cut to the top and long, elliptical cuts to the lower section. The handles are Art Deco in style. These, along with the rim, are chrome plated. The inner, metal container, which would support a wine bottle, is probably not original to the cooler as it is a little too large, but it still works. Both the cooler and the inner are in very good condition.
Dimensions: Height 21.5cm. Diameter 19.8cm. Width across the handles 23.2cm.
