About this item
A two part, tin chocolate mould in the shape of a lobster. This is marked “MORA 13 RUE MONTMARTRE”. Mora, which is still in operation, is a cook shop in Paris which specialises in patisserie. I am not sure when the shop first opened but they no longer produce items such as this. It probably dates from the mid 20th century. It is a good quality mould, with excellent, naturalistic, interior detail. It is in very good condition and the interior is still in very good, bright, usable condition.
