About this item
A fine, 18th century Georgian mahogany games table. The rectangular folding top, with projecting corners, opens to an interior with its original green baize cloth, money wells and candlestick stands, supported by a single gate. The concave frieze below conceals a single plain drawer, all standing upon four bold cabriole legs with leaf scroll carved brackets to acanthus carving and beading to the knee and finely carved claw and ball feet.
