Yoruba With Blue Stripe And Tassels

This cushion is made from my favourite type of Yoruba strip woven textile. It has lots of texture and slub from the hand spun, handloomed cotton mixed with wild silk. The greige colour is decorated with the pale blue stripe down the length of the strips and a very faint pale blue weft at regular intervals. These are so faint and you have to look closely to see them. I've added handmade blue tassels and there is a zip fastener and feather pad.
