This is a Saxon silver penny of King Æthelred II, minted in Lincoln by the moneyer Wulfric (+PVLFRIC MΩO LINC). Obverse +ÆĐELRED REX ANGLO for Aethelred king of the English. It is a whole round coin, the edge has a nick or test cut. Otherwise a nice coin and toned.
