    This is a medieval lead bulla Pope Innocent III, issued at the Vatican in Rome between 1198 - 1216 AD. A similar bulla of this Pope has been recorded from Oxfordshire OXON-9D44AD, Northamptonshire NARC-CD228C, and the Isle of Wight IOW-9F632C. This is a very good example with clear detail and in excavated condition.
