Obverse description: crowned facing bust, rose on breast, mintmark heraldic cinquefoil on both sides
Reverse inscription: POSVI DEVM A DIVTORE MEVM / CIVITAS LONDON. "I have made God my helper / City of London"
Reverse description: long cross pattee, tri-pellets in each inner angle, twin concentric legends and beaded circles surrounding.
