About this item
A nineteenth century, ironstone mould in the form of a rabbit on top of a grassy mould. The moulding of the rabbit is very detailed and the piece dates from c.1850. It is marked with an impressed number ‘7’ and an incised number ’40’.
Dimensions: Length 14cm. Width 9.8cm. Depth 8cm.
English Ironstone: Date c.1850.
Condition: There is a firing mark in the base which has become stained.
