    About this item

A large, 18th century, creamware mould in the form of a chicken. This is a fine quality mould, being lightly potted and having excellent detail in the moulding. It would turn out the full form of a chicken and, because of the way the mould has been formed over the block, it also displays an interesting shape on the exterior.

    Dimensions: Length 23.2cm. Width 16cm. Height 10cm.

Condition: There is a large chip on the interior of the rim which can be seen in both images of the interior. Otherwise good.

    English: Date c.1780.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £25.  Western Europe add £10.
