    About this item

An unusual, 19th century, Wedgwood earthenware mould showing two birds on a quiver. This is an interesting design which was one of a classical series that Wedgwood first produced, in creamware, in the late 18th century.  This example is marked “WEDGWOOD” and it is also impressed with a three letter date code which dates it to c.1870. However, the final letter, which is the one that enables you to date Wedgwood very accurately, is indistinct.

    Dimensions: Length 12cm. Width 9.8cm. Height 5cm.

Condition: There is a large chip to the rim which is visible in the images.

    English: Date c.1870.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £10.  Western Europe add £5.
