About this item
A super quality,18th century, Wedgwood creamware mould with a flower to the base. This has a lower case, impressed mark ‘wedgwood’ , in individual letters to the base and this mark dates the piece to c.1765. The moulding is fantastic quality and it is very deep, and the creamware has a very rich, yellow glaze, all consistent with creamware of this period.
There is a chip on the rim but other than that it is in good condition.
