    About this item

A nineteenth century, earthenware mould with a wheatsheaf to to the base and a stiff leaf border. This has an impressed mark “WEDGWOOD” and it dates from c.1840. It is also marked with a number ‘334’ which would be the pattern number, and ‘7IN’ which relates to the length of the mould in inches. The mould does have some damage. There are three small chips to the rim and there are two long cracks around the foot rim. These are from the manufacture, when the foot rim was applied, and has not been properly finished. The design is very well detailed and deeply moulded.

    Dimensions: Length 17.7cm. Width 13.4cm. Depth 8cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
