About this item
A beautifully engraved silver card case, made in Birmingham by Nathaniel Mills in 1852. This depicts a very intricate engraving of The Scott Monument on Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. This card case also features elaborate scrolls and swags all over the front and back, there is also a name in the cartouch "Mrs Milne". The lid fits well and there are a full set of hallmarks on the rim. Overall the case is in very good condition with no damage or repairs.
