About this item
A set of two pine antique reclaimed Queen Anne revival doors dating to approximately 1916. The doors were not a pair but could make a pair as they are very similar in size and are of the same design. The doors are solid and very well made with mortise and tenon joints and have five panels, one horizontal over four vertical. Each panel has simple beading around it. The doors have been painted white but will need stripping and refinishing by purchaser to suit. Door hardware will need to be supplied by purchaser, although there are three escutcheons and key hole covers remaining. The doors are reclaimed and therefore have some slight signs of wear. There are some small knocks, marks and chips. The paint is flaking and chipped in areas. There are some small holes and marks from door hardware removal. We can patch repair holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. The doors are very well made, with a fantastic appearance, and are ideal for creating a period look within the home.
