About this item
Two reclaimed, Art Deco, painted pine internal doors. The doors have a nice design with each door having three smaller recessed panels over three larger recessed panels with beading around the outer edges. The doors are heavy, chunky and well made. The doors were originally used individually but are ideal for use as a pair. The doors have been painted white but there are some marks, scratches and chips to the paint and purchaser may wish to sand and re-paint the doors to suit. The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of age and use, as expected of antique items. The doors have some knocks, scratches and marks. The hinges have surface rust, residue paint and some are seized and the hinges will therefore need replacing. There are some holes and marks from hardware removal. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors have a very nice appearance, typical of the Art Deco era, making them ideal for adding period character to a home.
