DP0478 A PAIR OF RECLAIMED PAINTED PINE GLAZED DOORS

A pair of elegant, reclaimed, painted pine glazed doors for internal or possible external use. The doors are solid and well made and each door has two panels with arched detailing that have been fitted with clear glass. PLEASE NOTE: The glass DOES NOT meet current safety standards and you will need to have it changed to meet safety standards BEFORE FITTING THE DOORS or a safety film applied so the glass meets current safety standards. Please note, the doors will not be able to be fitted with double glazing. We can have the glass fitted with a safety film for an EXTRA CHARGE, please contact us for a quote. Please note that one glass panel has a crack in the top corner. The top of each door has a thin panel of coloured textured glass. The doors have closing beads on the inner edges so they sit nicely together when closed. The doors are ideal for internal use but they could be used externally if some work is carried out to them. Please contact us for advice should you wish to use the doors externally. The doors are tall and could be reduced to 78" (198.1cm approx) as a minimum height. We can reduce the height of the doors for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

The doors are reclaimed with some signs of age and wear, as expected. The doors have some knocks and chips, especially to the edges and corners. There is some damage to one of the top corners and there is also some damage to the top of one of the closing beads. The paint has some chips and large cracks and you may wish to sand and refinish the doors to suit. The doors have some holes, marks and light damage left from where door hardware has been removed. The hinges have surface rust. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors have an interesting design and a nice period nice appearance and would make a lovely feature for a home.
