This is a Swiss pocket watch movement made for the American market circa 1890 – 1900
The movement has a good balance and spring.
The movement is key wound / key set
Movement – the nickel bridge movement has a lever escapement and is signed “E.S Ettenheimer & Co, Rochester, NY, No 8171”. The movement has large raised gold jewel settings, gold train wheels and is in 90% mint condition – many small spots
Dial – the white enamel comes with a full set of blue steel hands. The double sunk dial is signed “E S Ettenheimer & Co, Rochester, NY” and is in 99% mint condition
The movement measures 46.6mm wide x 7mm
