If you are someone who takes your cocktails seriously, or someone who has a passion for the Art Deco period, this near fine, first edition of the iconic ‘The Savoy Cocktail Book’ is a beautiful piece of history. It is seen as an essential and historic reference work for the mixing of cocktails and has been long recognised as the quintessential mixology reference guide and an exemplar of the fun and frivolity of the 1930s. This copy also includes a neat inscription on the dedication page from Carl Brisson (1893–1958), the Danish born, early Hollywood movie star and entertainer.
The illustrated book, complete with 221 pages of recipes is for sale for £750.
