About this item
A pretty, reclaimed, painted pine Cardiff front door with beautiful etched glass panels. The door is solid and well made using mortise and tenon joints. The door has an attractive appearance with four solid raised and fielded panels at its base. The top of the door has a large etched glass panel featuring a delicate design. The large central panel is framed by thinner rectangular etched panels and four small frosted glass squares in the corners. The door is in good solid condition but there are some small signs of wear, as expected of reclaimed items. The paint has some chipping and cracks and the door will need stripping and refinishing by purchaser to suit. There are some knocks and chips to the wood. There is a small gouge to one edge. The door has some holes and marks left from the original door hardware. The door is slightly out of square, please call us to discuss this. The door height and width may need slight leveling. The door has a fantastic design and will make a wonderful statement in a home.
