About this item
This is a large antique ink well. An English, crystal glass, desk ink well dating to the mid 19th Century. Larger than most at 13cm, 5 inches high. Hexagonal in form with floral base pattern. Hinged lid opens smoothly. Canted shoulders, one with very minor chip. Flared base in good proportion.
Rare to find at such a size, presented ready for the home.
Condition : Presented in very good antique condition. Very minor chip to one shoulder.
