    Obverse: DN GRATIANVS P F AVG "Our Lord Gratianus Pious and Happy August" pearl-diademed, draped & cuirassed bust right 

    Reverse: VRBS ROMA "City of Rome" Roma seated left on cuirass, holding Victory on globe and reversed spear. 

    This coin was minted between the years 375 - 378 at Treveri (Trier in Germany), mintmark TRPS.
