This is a metal sovereign holder
It has a hinged lid which is slightly split away from the middle rim of the case
This holder does not have a sprung holder, which you usually find, this just has a fabric cavity to hold the coins
The holder measures 50mm inc suspension loop x 33mm wide x 13mm deep
The holder is worn, which is reflected in the price
