Antique Gold-Filled Open Face Pocket Watch
with Gold Filled Chain Swiss 1930
An antique gold-filled open face pocket watch, made in Switzerland in the 1930’s. The pocket watch is complete with a gold-filled chain.
DIAL: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: “Swiss Made”.
MOVEMENT: The anchor lever movement has 7 jewels and is in good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: “7 Jewels, Adjusted, Swiss Made” and numbered: 524643.
CASE: The watch lies in a gold-filled open face ALD Moon case with a smooth finish. The inner side of the case is stamped: Moon, Trade Mark, A.L.D. Dennison Watch Case Co and numbered: 289873. The inner side of the cuvette is signed: “English Make, Guaranteed to be Made of Two Plates of 10 Ct Gold with Plate of Composition Between and to wear 20 years” and numbered: 289873. The watch is complete with a gold-filled chain. Please see pictures!
