    About this item

This is a beautiful original 19th Century French 8-day striking 3-piece Garniture Clock Set.

The piece with an eight-day bell striking movement stamped with a Medaille D'Argent roundel.

The porcelain dial with Roman numeral cartouches, the case with urn surmount and flanking columns on either side.

Each of the 3-pieces is embellished with hand-painted Sevres style panels which are further enhanced by the surrounding Royal blue Porcelain centres.

The garniture is formed of two further urns, each 32cm high, together with the original serpentine-shaped giltwood stands and domes.

The piece is in fully working order and it comes with the original pendulum and a working key.

A highly impressive clock set that will add charm, character and grandeur to any room in which you choose to place it.
