About this item
An early nineteenth century, blue and white, transfer printed plate. This is English and dates from c.1820. The transfer, which is a lovely quality, depicts a ship, on a lake, in front of a castle and the border consists of various flowers and an eagle with a serpent in its’ claw. The plate is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Diameter 25.1cm. Depth 2.2cm.
