About this item
A charming set of 6 glass cocktail sticks or swizzle sticks, complete with their original glass holder, dating to the 1930s. The sticks are made from lampworked glass and were probably made by either Bimini, Lauscha or Jostra. They are all topped with tiny and very detailed little birds, including a parrot, a cockerel and a blackbird. Each stick has a little glass hook on its side so you can loop it on to the rim of your glass.
The sticks come in their original glass holder. This is made of incredibly fine glass decorated with spiralling white threading. This set would make a wonderful addition to a cocktail cabinet or trolley.
Both the sticks and the holder are in excellent condition.
The measurements given are for the sticks and stand together. Each stick measures about 10.5-11cm long.
