    About this item

An unusual, early 19th century, pink and orange, splash lustre tea caddy and cover. This lovely colour combination in lustreware became known as “Moonlight” lustre. There is a single, impressed ‘O’ to the base but there is no manufacturers mark. It dates from c.1820.

Condition: There is a chip to the foot rim of the caddy. The lid has extensive damage. There are three quite large chips and the finial is a metal replacement or “make do”.  This can all be seen in the images.

    Dimensions: Diameter 6.8cm. Height 11.5cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
