About this item
A creamware jug with pink lustre decoration and bat printed panels. This is printed, in puce, with classical figures to one side and a mansion to the other. These are bordered by pink lustre lines and there are further lines to the rim and handle. It is English and dates from c.1820. There are two chips to the spout, a further chip to the rim and another to the foot. All of these can be seen in the images.
Dimensions: Height 14cm. Width 15.4cm. Diameter 12.5cm.
