    About this item

    A rare, two part copper mould in the shape of a goose. This type of mould was made for moulding sugar or nougat. The two sides, which are both stamped with a number ‘4’, clip firmly together. The piece is well made and the detail in the design is superb. 

    English. Date c.1870.

    It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is slightly worn but it could still be used.

    Dimensions: Length 15cm. Width 8cm. Height 18cm.
