This is a stunning original 19th Century French 8-day striking 3-piece garniture clock set by one of the most prestigious French clock makers 'Japy Freres'.
The piece with an eight-day duration movement striking the hours and half-hours on a bell with the backplate stamped with the trademark for the maker Japy Freres.
The ivorine dial with black Arabic numerals painted floral swags and blued steel hands.
The variegated cream and pink marble case with spelter mounts surmounted by a spelter figurine depicting a farm maid, with matching side pieces surmounted by dancing maids holding tambourines.
The piece is in fully working order and it comes with the original Pendulum and a working key.
