About this item
A nineteenth century, pearlware plate, with an arcaded border, moulded with a basket weave design. This is boldly decorated with flowers and foliage in pink, red, blue, yellow and green enamels. Although unmarked, it is probably from the Swansea pottery and it dates from c.1820. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Diameter 19.8cm. Depth 2.5cm.
