About this item
This wonderful big pillow is made from a really beautiful kuba cloth from the Shoowa people of the DRC. The kuba cloth is made from raphia palm and this example is unusual in the green and orange colours used. The weave is also very good, being made up of grids of chevrons, diamonds and basket-weave patterns. Ive backed the cushion with heavy brown linen, and there is a zip fastener and feather pad.
